The Flatiron Building lies in the heart of the Fairlie-Poplar Landmark District. Most buildings in this district retain their original materials and integrity, including the Flatiron Building. The area contains the largest and most concentrated portion of late nineteenth and early twentieth century business district.
Downtown is home to 140,000 office workers and 5,000 businesses, the highest concentration of businesses in Metro Atlanta. You have immediate access to city, county, state and federal agencies, services and courts.
