History
The Atlanta Flatiron Building was built in 1897 and was officially known as the English-America Building. It was completed five years before the New York Flatiron Building and shares the same unique characteristics as its New York counterpart.
It played an important role in structuring the environment of downtown Atlanta. The exterior surface and its narrow triangular shape make the Flatiron building a landmark in the central business district of Atlanta.
The historic Atlanta Flatiron, one of Atlanta’s top architectural landmarks, has been owned by James Cumming and Historic Urban Equities since 1978. Through his collaboration with a skilled team of architectural designers, a unique opportunity is being offered to own a floor in this unique landmark.
